Complainers and excuse-makers will ensure you feel justified in NOT taking action. Waiting for the next disaster. Chronically and perpetually delaying the future you know you are capable of creating from a deep intuitive sense.

That pain or discomfort you feel about your current job or role speaks directly to whether or not you feel you are achieving your potential or not.

This is harder when it comes to family.  Personal growth, healing and increased nutrition and fitness can put you at odds with your immediate environment. Your truth will make others feel uncomfortable and on some level you have to be okay with that. 

Developing compassion for those who choose to remain stuck, small and attached to their excuses is healthy to a degree.

Sometimes you’ll need to move to a new city or have a serious sit-down with the people you care about.
