Building A Community Of Leaders & Organizations To Help More People Safely Access Plant Medicine *(A Universal Human Right)

Calling All Plant Medicine
Leaders & Biz Owners

At Inner Circle, we provide a vetted and private community for leaders and advocates in the canna and alternative plant medicine industries.

We are an application only platform focused on providing our members with the following:

  • Legally Accepting Payments In Restricted Industries
  • Ethically Advertising Without Restriction
  • Funding & Strategic Growth Planning
  • Fostering Community Amongst Leaders Of High Integrity

Since the 1950s, psychedelic plants had been the target of a pseudo science campaign (and the propaganda that came with it.)

Now, with several prominent studies revealing the true power and potential of plant compounds like CBD/THC, Psilocybin, DMT, as a society, we’ve got some catching up to do.

A Data-Driven Mental Health Revolution?

As we co-create stronger businesses and organizations in this industry, we in turn help more people access plant medicine safely with good data, and community support.

Calling All Plant Medicine Advocates and Industry Pioneers

Inner Circle members get access to exclusive live and virtual events, member-only retreats, online training, and of course access to some of the coolest, down-to-earth people in the game.

What could you accomplish if you had a team of experienced business developers and vendors that have your back?

Last but not least, the Inner Circle online member directory and community is your private hub to network and connect with our carefully vetted community of people who love their craft and align with our mission of promoting good science and good people.

At this time ALL membership levels are granted by invitation, or application only.

We share our “core membership pillars” that ALL MEMBERS must agree to, which we share below, so take a deep breath and dive into the current state of the industry with us.

As the industry takes its first “legal” baby steps, anyone who has been in the game for more than a few weeks has quickly realized the industry is full of big promises, short deliveries, lots of hype, and often less than legal actors.

That doesn’t mean there isn’t money to be made and lives to be changed for the better.  The opportunity is here and our members are winning in ways that matter. Like making a living, and developing assets in an industry that is catalyzing a mental health revolution for communities around the world.

When we say plant medicine we are talking specifically about the plants and their derivative compounds that have been or could be shelved due to their potentially powerful, mind-altering and life changing effects.

Alas, Controversy and Effectiveness Usually Go Hand In Hand.

Until recently, governments around the world have largely taken a “throw the baby out with the bathwater” approach with these powerful and transformative substances, so we feel called to do our part to help balance this equation scientifically.

Inner Circle members meet regularly in person and virtually to network, mastermind and help one another build better businesses and organizations in our industry.

If we do this collectively it means more people can safely access these medicines just as nature intended.  Naturally then, helping businesses and organizations that produce, package, distribute and educate is where the leverage is if we are to turn the tide in our lifetime.

The conversation about these plants and compounds is evolving at all levels of society, but the revolution has just begun.  For some who live in places like California and Colorado, it might feel like war is already over, but a vast majority of humans across the planet don’t have safe and reliable access to nature’s pharmacopeia. In fact, many can face prison or worse, just for seeking them out.

We Need Your Voice

We are looking to talk with organizations, businesses, and leaders who want to network and create solutions and communities that will foster this continued shift and the collective healing of the human race.

Nothing that we have seen to date is showing more promise at helping traumatized individuals overcome their challenges and heal their internal wounds more completely than with carefully guided plant medicine use.

With community support, good nutrition and the help of various plant medicines, the data is clear that most people don’t need a life long regimen of pharmaceuticals with their dangerous side effectives.  You can heal faster and more fully with the help of these plants.

We carry our wounds with us everywhere we go, especially the work place.  This results in lost productivity, more sick days and decades spent in unfulfilling roles.

A business or organization is only as good as its partners, vendors, and team.

Inner Circle is a place where we can do business with wellness focused trauma-aware leaders, in a private environment that encourages accountability, connection, and transparency.

Nobody is perfect and running/growing a business is full of challenges, so Inner Circle is also a place where we can learn, grow and evolve together without judgement.

Most importantly, Inner Circle was created by a crew of experienced business developers who have a wide range of business experience both in and out of the industry.

You’ll meet them in just a minute.

This is an application-only B2B networking group for the Canna/CBD and emerging plant medicine industry.  This is our livelihood and anyone who has been touched by plant medicine knows that business, family, and spirituality are all interconnected.

Q: How has Inner Circle become one of the fastest-growing communities for industry professionals in 2021 and 2022?

A: We built an online community of high integrity plant medicine advocates and leaders that are committed to helping each other grow.

With each passing year psychedelics and various plant medicines are being looked at as a possible new hope and revolution for our mental, physical and spiritual health.

For most of us, plant medicine has helped us to realize that we can indeed heal from our past, we can live healthy, dynamic, and conscious lives, and we can do great things!

The fact that these tools were made illegal speaks to the tone of the age we just have left.

Are you ready to join an age of new leadership in harmony with the earth and her medicines?

We Are Builders and Problem Solvers

Essentially we created the networking platform that we wished we had as we entered this industry.

If you haven’t heard about our community pillars, here they are:

Inner Circle Four Pillars of Plant Medicine Leadership

  • Pillar one: Learning cutting-edge business practices from proven leaders. (No False Prophets!)
  • Pillar two: Circular Economy (a community centered around giving back, AND having each other’s backs)
  • Pillar three: Accountability & Trust (Members get our industry blacklist and of course our vetted directory)
  • Pillar four: Prioritizing leadership education and personal growth. (weekly sessions offered to facilitate the growth of our members and their organizations)

The World Is Watching

As our “industry” receives more mainstream attention by the day, we must remain diligent to those that would inadvertently, or intentionally seek to deceive, misinform, or artificially shape public perception.  i.e. Nixon & Anslinger.

You’ve probably heard of former U.S. president Nixon’s anti-cannabis propaganda campaign in the 1970s, but have you heard of his propaganda master Henry Anslinger?

In some sense of irony, two of the founding members of Inner Circle, Matt Ritchey, and Kyle Dammann share the same birth city as Henry J. Anslinger. (Altoona, Pennsylvania).  Anslinger was Nixson’s spin doctor who helped decimate early Cannabis and hemp culture in the USA in the 1960s through the promotion of false data and racially divisive fear campaigns.

Let’s make sure we are on the right side of history.

Has Karma Come Full Circle?

To date, Erai Beckmann (Inner Circle co-founder), his wife Kyleigha, and his network have helped legalize Cannabis for a nation of 200 million people and have also helped pave the way for other nations.  Could their knowledge and experience help you advocate for and organize the liberation of plant medicines for your community?

If history has taught us anything, it’s that a damaged culture takes time to repair. To heal stigmas, to unlearn, to relearn, to forgive, and to educate from a place of unbiased integrity.

Are You Ready to Break the Cycle With Us?

History does not have to repeat itself if we remain organized, promote good science and act together in transparency.

These amazing plants have been here far longer than modern society, and we aren’t convinced they need any marketing or promotion to do their job.

US President Richard Nixon’s war dog: Henry J. Anslinger used racially divisive campaigns and pseudoscience to instigate the “war on drugs” in the late in 60s early 70s forcing countless minorities into the criminal “justice” system.

But we do know that by creating better brands, organizations, and leaders within the industry, we give this medicine the best possible chance of safely and positively affecting more lives.

Founding Members Highlight Reel

Matt Ritchey
CEO, Founder & Head Of Membership

“We have collectively witnessed several high-profile lapses of integrity in the Cannabis industry over the last couple of years and it’s’ NOT okay.  This is where we earn our living and feed our family.  Most of all we feel called to represent a plant that has received no shortage of “artificially induced controversy” in the last several decades.

We believe that good people committed to doing good business must band together and bring balance to the industry as we negotiate the Wild West phase of this booming category.

At this time we are calling all industry builders, change-makers, and advocates to join our platform, get the knowledge, network with the best, and most importantly, get in on the conversation.”

Erai Beckmann AKA Mr. Cannabis
Co-Founder & Head Of Growth Strategy

“Some have called my wife and me heroes for what we accomplished in Brazil, but it doesn’t feel that way.  We believe we did what anyone would do in our situation. We helped where we could.

While I can’t say much about it right now, the full story will be told in my upcoming book, Legalizing A Nation. For now, you should join us and contribute your voice to our growing community of high-integrity industry leaders and service providers.

*High integrity doesn’t mean perfect, it means that you strive to do your level best for yourself, as well as others.  We are all connected and that’s why we focus so much on personal growth and leadership as part of our weekly small-group masterminds that all members have access to.

Having personally led several product launches and startups in this industry, we are actively sharing, teaching, and networking in our vetted, uncensored digital platform and online community daily.

In today’s hyper-connected virtual economy, business is no longer “just business” because we as humans are deeply emotionally tied to our work whether we like to admit it or not.  It’s a biological fact that if we don’t derive meaning and joy from our work, something is wrong, and our health and loved ones will ultimately suffer. At Inner Circle, we want to help all of our members find meaning, success, and purpose in this industry.”

Kyleigha Beckmann
Co-Founder & Head Of Technology

Kyleigha rides shotgun with her husband Erai on most major business decisions.  As founders and caretakers of the Mr. Cannabis and Inner Circle brands, they carry almost a decade of collective experience in the canna industry.  From helping governments navigate legalization to raising millions in VC funds and going public, you would be hard-pressed to find a family that knows more about the business than they do.

After a health scare in her early 20s, Kyleigha found solace and healing in the medicinal use of cannabis and has become an advocate ever since.  In the last eighteen months, Kyleigha has directed the build of our technology and membership platform that Inner Circle members use and enjoy daily.

Kyle Dammann
COO, Co-Founder & Head Of Content

“Good content is the currency of the internet.  Brands and leaders who tell good stories AND put those stories in front of the right people are the brands that lead today’s economy, period.

I joined Inner Circle to help good people with good products tell great stories because when we do that more sales and attention are a natural result.

I got started online when the internet was young.  I had a thriving eBay store right out of high school (2002). Next, I built my first commercially successful website at the age of 22 (2006) and my life was forever changed.  I have since helped several brands become national leaders in their category and I want to help your idea, brand or business do the same.

We are all doing business in a glass house these days and the people that you network with, partner with, and partake with will largely determine how successful your business or personal brand will become over the next five years.”

At Inner Circle, Our Network is Your Network

They say you can tell your future by the five people you spend the most time with.  At Inner Circle, we believe it’s time for a higher standard in our industry.

This isn’t about being perfect or putting on that cheesy Easter Sunday smile, it’s about aiming to do what is best for yourself, your family, and the communities we do business in.

Is It Time to Level Up?

Inner Circle members get personal access to the collective network of the people we rely on and do business with daily. At Inner Circle, our network is your network.
