The Red Pill Experience" Event & Training The Leaders Of Tomorrow

When good friend John Block invited me to help his group of leaders understand where “plant medicine is headed” regarding science and best practices, it was an easy yes.

As the CEO of a growing platform, I am often invited to speak or cohost panels and events, but I have to be careful about how and where I spend my time.

The same goes for you if you care about your mission, vision, and potential.

Are you building something important?

I bet you are. And if you aren’t, maybe you should be.

Why?  There is a part of us that is nourished by being connected to purpose and meaningful community.

Starting a business, making sales (and growing a team) are some of the most rewarding challenges an adult can take on in the modern age.

In my experience, the difference between an enjoyable and rewarding “leadership journey” or one of guesswork, gambling, and debilitating stress comes down to one thing.

Your Network

Many of the challenges you face have already been solved, specifically related to marketing automations, fundraising, and team building.

You win when you do what you do better than anyone else. It’s true for everyone’s career and earning potential.

Leadership means facing challenges.

Meaningful challenges that will enrich you and your team.

FACT: Challenges are less stressful when you know your team has your back.

Easier said than done sometimes.

Persistence (and the ability to stay in the arena) is how you/we win the long game.

OBSERVATION: People with persistence consistently win bigger (and more often) than the “smartest” or those with the “best,” or “first” ideas.”

Someone is almost certainly already working on your idea so it’s better to jump in and start delivering value wherever you can. Things move too fast these days.

After 20 years of team building, that’s the best knowledge I can give you today.

The future belongs to the persistent and passionate practitioners. (PPP)

You’d be amazed at the type of deals that get made in small living room settings like this. Every from real estate, to product development and business investment.

Is your business next?

I LOVE speaking to new groups because I often take for granted the strategies and leverage we help teams access. People were simply never taught marketing automation, fundraising, and team building anywhere.  Watching their eyes light up and feel empowered to build their dream is EXACTLY why I do what I do.

All business carries risk.

That is why your “spiritual fitness” is key.

To us (at Inner Circle), this means you believe in what you are doing and know what you do it.

This separates the talkers from the doers.

Most good people hesitate not because they lack courage but because they lack knowledge.

Over the last four years, we’ve helped more “Plant Medicine Pioneers” take risks and start businesses in emerging (and sometimes controversial categories) than anyone else we know.

All meaningful industries and brands carry controversy, risk and popular mistruths that must be educated out of the population. All good companies are met with friction at the community level and sometimes at the governmental level.

I created Inner Circle to be a place where team leaders and CEOs can make meaningful and trusted essential business connections quickly.

The Future Belongs To The Pioneers

Pioneering doesn’t always pay big loads of cash in the first few years, but pioneering can ensure you are adjacent to the right teams. It’s time for the “big payday” and for your inevitable day in court.

What about your day in court?

All disruptors get their day in court.  Will you be ready?

You can be. Act in good faith. Keep good documentation and strive to serve your communities with the best science-driven solutions possible, and you will massively increase your chances of being in the right place over the next 3-5 years.

All business carries risk.

Will you stand behind your actions and choices?

At a time when hundreds of thousands of Americans are dying due to opioid-related causes every year, we realized (living through 2019) that the world didn’t need “more money”; we needed better medicine.

The medicine we largely already have and know to be much safer than current alternatives.

Big medicine is waiting for the data we have and they are working as hard as anyone to evolve this big system that moves slowly.  There are no enemies in a unified and healthy future where people can have affordable and compassionate access to safe and cutting-edge care faster.

People are literally dying to find a solution to feeling better, healing chronic pain, and overcoming emotional and physical trauma.

It’s one of the main reasons I started Inner Circle Mastermind in 2020.

A place where supporters of leaders and brands in restricted industries could network and plan.

Things Like: Community action, education, science, funding, and business development.

Are you a trauma-informed leader?

All Inner Circle members (and their teams) get access to our trauma-informed leadership curriculum we call Elevated Executive.

Most people were never taught leadership, let alone trauma-informed leadership.

Is your team led by Elevated Executives?

As I spoke with John’s group of Southern California business owners that day, I consciously reinforced the idea that it’s good people who stand up and take small risks for their community are the ones who help write the policies of tomorrow. *Historically speaking.

It’s a pattern that we get to see over and over (from our vantage point) sitting at the founder’s table in many projects in plant medicine and other growing but highly restricted industries like stem cells, Ketamine, Artificial Intelligence, and others.

Event Conclusion

Our focal points with the group that day were:

  • Prioritizing evidence-based education for clinicians and facilitators.
  • Mapping company policy and enlightening drug use policies.
  • Mapping community policy and navigating federal, state, and local govt. Bodies.
  • Building businesses around constantly moving targets.

Is Inner Circle Right For You?

Inner Circle members get personal access to the collective network of the people we rely on and do business with daily. At Inner Circle, our network is your network.
